Identify user personas and their specific needs related to banking, financing, card management, shopping, and bill payments.
Wireframing and Prototyping:
Develop wireframes to outline the structure and layout of the app, ensuring a logical flow for users.
Create interactive prototypes to simulate user journeys and validate the design concept before development.
Usability Testing:
